Albuversary: Greatest Hits by Eternal

Eternal’s Greatest Hits was released in 1997 containing their 14 consecutive Top 15 hits in the UK Singles Chart and became the biggest selling Greatest Hits album of that year, peaking at No.2 in the UK Album Chart. In 2013 it was classified as the highest selling Greatest Hits album of all time by a UK girl band. It also was a top ten hit in 8 different countries.

The lead single Angel of Mine gave the band their 12th UK Top 10 hit, peaking at No.4 on the UK Singles Chart, and went on to be certified Silver for sales over 200,000 copies in the UK, and has 48K views on YouTube. The classic Eternal ballad Might As Well Be Me was set to be the second single from the album, but was never released. Boo. It’s incredible.
